Idea for Graduation/Laurea Bomboniere

Hi everyone! to make this bomboniere, we will need :

- Sizzix Bag Scallop Circle
- Sizzix Corners Flourish #2
- Sizzix Card Petal
- Cardstock , ribbon, bi adesivo, stapler
- Embosser ( optional ), and
- Confetti "pillow" style, how to make it's on my previous post or
follow the link here

Measure and cut a piece of ribbon, by wrapping it around
the pillow confetti and give 1cm extra on each ends
Connect both ends by using a stapler
Flip the ribbon surface inside out, so we won't see
the stapler mark from the outside
Insert the "pillow" inside the ring
Place the "pillow" inside the card petal, place bi adesivo
to secure the flap
Let's resume our work so far...
(from left to right, top to bottom)
1.Material   2. Card petal with ribbon on one side
3.Pillow confetti  4.Pillow confetti with ribbon
5. Toga bomboniere from bottom view
6. Toga bomboniere from top view

Insert the toga bomboniere inside assambled
Bag Scallop Circle
Decorate with ribbon, Sizzix Corners Flourish #2,
and emboss it (optional).
Also looks nice for other occasion, just need to change the
paper color and embelishment. Bye for now (^_^)

How to wrap confetti "pillow" style

Busy busy busy...
I'm going to move to a new house, and my scrapbook kits is all over the place...
Anyway, here's how to wrap confetti "pillow" style, and followed by some
idea for graduation/ laurea bomboniere
Material : red tulle fabric, ribbon, paper, stapler, bi adesivo
imagine there is a middle line dividing tulle into half,
put 5 confetti under that imaginary line.
on top the confetti, place a 5x5cm card, you can
personalize the card with writings e.a;  name and
date of the event
fold up the downside tulle , covering the confetti
and card
Fold down the upside part of the tulle, now you can
see a tunnel on the left and right side of the confetti
hold the left side with your left hand and...
...fastly fold it to the back, now your thumb is
holding the downside tulle , while the other 4 fingers
are holding the left side tulle and the confetti
fold back also the right side of the tulle
flip the back part facing up, right now you
cannot see the card anymore, and hide
the remaining tulle so it will look neat
secure with stapler
Fold inside the remaining "tail" covering the
stapler mark
Done!

Spin baby! Spin!

When I read TimbroScrapMania Challenge #21, my first reaction was
"what is suspension card?" and further reading on Ba's blog lead me to
Dawn's video that shows how to make this FUNtastic "spinning" card!

I made 3 of these, just to explain how ADDICTIVE  it is,
Lina really did a great job for choosing the theme !

I love "Black Swan" movie, and now I want to be a ballerina too !
(... maybe my next life :D ). For the ballerina silhouette SVG, I got
it from Denise , what a beautiful design!

I feel kinda sad for the bird; It's pretty, but so lonely...
maybe that is why my color panel so "blue-ish"
And I'm submitting her also on  stampavie and more blog to "play"
The birdcage SVG is available at Sheila's blog, she has lots of  SVG to love!

The "Shakira card" wasn't meant for the challenge, edited
with inkscape , machine printed and cutted by craftrobo.
And until now, the "Waka waka" song keeps ringing in my head ...

The challenge is about using stamps, and I only have this "Shabby French",
so I clip the letter one by one (T-T)
 to create "Welcome Friends" sentiment

voila!

... and this 3D card is foldable too!

...just incase I want to send it by mail (^_^)

Idea for Battesimo Favor Box

the object is placed on top a bundle of  "noodle" tissue paper ,
and a piece of "carta di riso" was placed on the bottom as background

print the text roundly with the usual printer, and
then punch it with Martha Stewart "Button Punch"

For "segnaposto", I made it with heart shape, tulle containing
5 confetti, decorated with ribbon and glass candies, I bought
from internet.

Chocolate "paper" cake, for friends in the church
